    Dance dance dance to the rhythm of latin-and international music.  Work up a sweat and burn a lot of calories when having fun and moving your body around the floor

    KANGOO JUMPS

    Jump your way to fitness. High Intensity class where you work your whole body with help of bouncing shoes on your feet.  45 minutos de duración + 15 minutos de preparación.

    FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT

    A class for sculpting your whole body with help of a pilates rings, softballs, pilates balls or just your body weight.  We are working with core stabilities , muscle balance and proper alignment

    FULL BODY

    Tone your entire upper body with an intensive 30 min workout that will put your muscles to the test.

    Tone your entire lower body in an intensive 30 min workout. you will work every part of your glutes and legs.

    POWERBAND

    A power band workout involves using resistance bands (also called power bands) to build strength, endurance, and mobility. Power bands are thick, looped bands that provide varying levels of resistance and can be used for strength training, stretching, rehab, and functional fitness. Work you entire body with help of resistance band. Improve flexibility and strength in a gentle way.
