Rollshape has four predefined training programs and a manual program in which all parameters, including the training length, are set by the user on their own.

The Rollshape is a machine that, through a draining massage, stimulates the lymphatic system by directing the lymph towards the lymph nodes. By stimulating lymphatic circulation, it reduces swelling and significantly improves the tone and elasticity of the skin, while accelerating the metabolism. After selecting this program, the user will be asked to choose the minimum and maximum value of vacuum. The higher the difference between the two values, the harder the training.

HEAVY TRAINING
